RED PLOT d.o.o. was started in January 2016 by the current director and owner Dubravko Ikadinovic as a startup company.
Initial intention was to service Erste Group AG and the needs of its daughter companies in Croatia. In the first year already, additional contracts were signed with other local and international companies, which led to inevitable head count increase, currently at four highly educated employees and several external associates.
Since 2016 RED PLOT has focused on providing superior services in real estate markets throughout Croatia and neighbouring countries. We provide the full spectrum of services – including valuation and advisory, building consultancy and project management, as well as general advice to a wide range of clients, such as institutional and private investors, national and international companies and local and central government agencies.

Real-Estate Valuations and Advisory
We have been providing valuation and advisory services of various types of properties in Croatiaand neighbouring countries: Shopping centers, Retail warehouses, Office buildings, Industrial properties, Hotels, Residential projects, Tourism-use properties, Nonperforming loan portfolios, Other properties & portfolios
The business goal is to provide clients with high-quality valuation advice on time and at a reasonable cost. The team has experience of all major types of real estate. The purposes for valuation vary widely and include: Annual reports and accounts, Loan security, Investment transactions, Development appraisals, Company liquidation or bankruptcy, Rental values
Our valuations are prepared in accordance with the Red Book, Blue Book and the local regulations.
Project management and monitoring
We advise our clients and manage their projects from concept to completion. Our services include a full range of pre-construction, construction, and technical management: Engineering services, Building measurement, Planning & definition of the project scope, Design services, Management and supervision of design phase, Cost estimation & analysis, Budget management and Supervision or monitoring of construction works
Tehnical due diligence reports
When making a decision on initiating significant investments (taking over companies, buying larger land for construction of significant projects) we have extensive experience in implementing a number of technical due diligence studies which together with the legal and economic aspects of the study provide a quality basis for the client to make decisions on capital investments.
As part of the technical due diligence studies, we analyze the parameters and facts that may be important for the realization of an investment. Some of the parameters we cover in our technical due diligence studies: Architectural and construction, Geological-geomechanical, Spatial-planning, Traffic-infrastructure and Archaeological.
Other important parameters needed to determine the circumstances and environments in which the client will operate
Zero Reports
Initial report which determines the detailed status of the project for the new project participant. Usually these reports are needed for the project financing by financial institutions, to determine status prior to loan approval. Similar to Technical due diligence reports, it contains detailed description of the project in terms of: Architecture and construction, Geological-geomechanical status, Spatial-planning, Traffic-infrastructure and similar.
Tehnical Expertise
Technical and real estate services including portfolio management, real estate management and asset management, provided by industry expert consultants.
Court Expertise
Expert Witness services according to Court orders or engaged by a private party in court proceedings.
